We were honoured to host two exclusive 2-day, 1-night events at our headquarters and gallery, tailored separately for our clients from Malaysia and Thailand. This occasion allowed EDL to connect with clients from Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Bangkok, providing a rare opportunity to share our brand story and vision while strengthening our relationships with regional counterparts.
The journey began with a fireside chat led by Eleanor Lim, Marketing Director of EDL, and Gwen Tan, the designer behind the EDL Gallery. During the discussion, she shared her vision and creative process, shedding light on how the gallery space was conceptualised to reflect the evolving landscape of retail and experiential design. The conversation sparked thoughtful discussions on the role of design in today’s world, particularly as it transforms to meet the needs of consumers seeking more meaningful and immersive experiences.
Following the talk, our clients were treated to an immersive tour of our EDL Gallery. This interactive experience allowed our guests to engage with the space, exploring the various materials we offer while uncovering its hidden details and features. The gallery brought to life the versatility and potential of our products, giving a glimpse into the creative possibilities that await their own design projects.
The evening concluded with a private dinner, where we moved beyond the business setting to unwind and connect on a more personal level.
This special gathering not only highlighted the importance of personal connection in business but also demonstrated our commitment to creating inspiring, meaningful experiences for our clients. We are grateful to our Malaysian and Thai clients for taking the time to join us, and we look forward to building on this experience as we continue to strengthen our relationships across the region.
